SalaryWe are working with a Specialist Private Equity investor which is a leader in its part of the market. It has an enviable track record of raising capital and investing. It is looking for a CFO to take responsibility for all finance functions such as; accounting and operations, financing, deal execution support, portfolio valuations and investor reporting. What the job involves
- Manage and provide leadership to the finance and reporting team
- Internal compliance, build positive relationships with service providers, financial reporting dashboards, identify and mitigate risks
- Be responsible for group level financing, support the preparation of fund model and cashflow budgets
- Work with the wider investment team, taking ownership of the financial aspects of the transaction to secure optimal deal structure
- Provide leadership to the portfolio companies, management of debt structures of the portfolio, enhance cross-portfolio collaboration
- Chair portfolio quarterly valuation meeting, monitor return on investments from portfolio companies and fund financial performance
- Qualified accountant; experience within private markets space is desirable
- Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP and AIFM structures would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines whilst under pressure
- Self-organised and self-motivated, result orientated mindset
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
