SalaryWe are looking for a brilliant EA temp for one of our long-standing clients, based in a beautiful office space in Mayfair. This US Investment firm will require a highly organised, polished, professional and highly motivated temp EA.
We will require an experienced EA with Private Equity or Investment banking experience; you will ideally be available for an ongoing booking for 6 - 12 months.
Duties include complex diary management, booking global travel, and arranging and coordinating meetings and expenses. You will be supporting at senior level on a 1:2 or 1:3 basis. You will have excellent communication skills, timekeeping skills, and the ability to provide seamless EA support. The ideal candidate will be committed to the length of the assignment. You must have senior-level EA support in a fast-paced role within finance, exceptional organisational skills, and be available to start ASAP.
