Pa For Private Equity Firm

We have an incredible contract or a top EA to join a Private Equity Firm based in the West End. This is a long-term contract with the potential to be extended into a permanent position if it’s the right fit. Previous experience working within a Private Equity firm is mandatory as well as being a fully established EA, with the ability to demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management
- Arranging international conference calls
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Arranging board meetings
- Document preparation
- Expenses
Key attributes:
- A proven EA with strong organisational skills
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working within Private Equity or a high level financial services organisation
