Job description
We are partnered with a privately owned, profitable, construction business seeking some interim CFO support for a period of 3 to 6 months. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing processes, systems and Management Information.
This role will draw upon your extensive experience to support the Board during a period of transformation and organisational restructure. Key responsibilities may include:
* Oversee financial functions within an established and profitable construction business
* Continued professionalisation of the finance function
* Improvement of existing processes and enhancing the quality of the Management Information
* Transition to a cloud-based software system
* Collaborating closely with the executive team to ensure financial excellence and compliance
Requirements:
* Proven CFO or Finance Director experience in a construction, manufacturing, or engineering business
* Track record of professionalising a finance function
* Expertise in showcasing both operational and strategic financial leadership
* Strong experience in implementing rigorous process and controls
* Commitment to driving financial excellence and innovation
