Change Analyst - Finance

My client are a global analytical organisation who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Change Analyst with extensive ERP experience to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving change and process improvement. This position requires a combination of analytical, communication, and project management skills to ensure a seamless integration.

My client are ideally looking for candidates who have change experience within finance. Familiarity with industry-standard Finance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too-

• Support the planning, design, and implementation of ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with ERP capabilities
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where business processes can be improved through ERP solutions
• Facilitate the development of realistic project timelines and deliverables
• Assess current business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gain
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for ERP solutions
• Analyse and document business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions
• Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on different business units
• Support the creation of communication plans and training materials to aid successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Help create user guides and training documentation to support end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, working closely with technical teams and end-users
