What you'll need to succeed
My client, one of the biggest Central Government clients in the UK, is currently recruiting an ITIL Change Analyst on a contract basis. You will be working with a fast-paced and high-profile team, handling change requests autonomously and as per the expected timeframe. This is a large programme delivering against change requests across the organisation.You are responsible for managing individual change requests autonomously and will be needed to operate the Change Management process by interfacing with the existing enterprise change management team. You will have previously worked within change management.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in multiple relationships across the technical teams
• Management of Change requests and successful resolution
• Liaising with Release Management to ensure that changes are created and submitted within relevant timescales.
• Operate the full ITIL end to end change life cycle.
