PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consulting & Change Execution Support
- Partner with colleagues within the Transformation Office and across the firm to develop and implement Change Management and communications strategies.
- Build and implement Change Management strategies to support business objectives to include communications plans and tactics, training plans and materials, etc.
- Build communications to help employees understand what the change is, how it impacts them, what to expect and what they need to do differently.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Change Management.
- Complex documentation of Change Management recommendations, processes, and outcomes (Sponsor Plans, Communication Plans, Engagement Plans, Training Plans, Reinforcement Plans)
- Management of sponsor and stakeholder relationships, recommendations and individual/group development areas and related coaching
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced consulting skills with proven experience in Asset Management
- Desire to build SME in program topics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated communications campaigns that lead employees through change.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
