Flexibility across cultural nuances will be essential in this role.
You will receive support in this role from both the Global Change Management Team and IBM's change management team. This support will be facilitated through collaboration with relevant D&T and Business Deployment leads, functional workstream leads, the Global Change Team (encompassing Change Management, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, and Learning & Adoption), and the Business Change Network. You'll also work closely with the Programme Leadership team and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution of change initiatives.

Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere and foster open communication. Additionally, strengthen relationships with Global Process Owners (GPOs) across Supply Chain and Procurement (SC&P) to reinforce compliance and integration among end-user groups.
- Ability to directly manage the Regional Training Lead for the SC&P team, who will head the development and execution of training plans and curriculums. This role will collaborate closely with global change impact mitigation efforts, ensuring alignment with training initiatives. Provides supervision over the design and facilitation of training programs aimed at equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to capably utilize the system.

Continuously assess results and make necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of change.
