As our Chef de Partie, you'll play a pivotal part in our kitchen brigade, prepping and cooking a variety of dishes to perfection. Expect an emphasis on in-house preparation, from butchery to bakery, ensuring everything that hits the plate is of the utmost quality and consistency.

This full-time position requires you to work 48 hours over 7 shifts a week over 5 days, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the creative process and contribute to our mission of continuously elevating our culinary offerings.
