Chef de Partie

This role will be to ensure the delivery of the Absolute Taste expectations in drinks quality, food quality and service, always ensuring we deliver on our promise to keep food at the heart of everything we do.

As a Chef de Partie you will:

• Put forward menu ideas to the Head Chef ensuring that you follow and achieve the Absolute Taste quality and style with regard to our food and service delivery. You will adhere to the weekly rotational menus as specified, ensuring that all items outlined on the menu is produced.
• You will also assist in supervising and coaching the team in areas throughout the day as appropriate. Ensure that work is conducted in a clean and tidy way, monitoring on a continual basis. You will ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to including the Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH and Fire Regulations.
• Be working with the Sous Chef you will ensure that all food is produced within the cost parameters set by the budget, regularly monitoring stock control and wastage. This includes ensuring that month end stock takes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Have experience working in a similar fast paced environment.
• Be passionate about delivering top quality food.
