We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Edinburgh Maybury Casino. As a chef , you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals with precision and efficiency. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our Casino.
```Responsibilities```
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor food stock levels and notify the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager when supplies are running low
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
