We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join our new restaurant in Edinburgh City Centre. But first of all, here is a little bit about us….

Dulse is a seafood restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh that serves classic Scottish seafood dishes with a modern twist.

Our neighbourhood-friendly restaurant is perfect for cosy and relaxed dining. Downstairs we focus on an intimate wine and cocktail bar, serving small sharing plates and upstairs is a seafood restaurant created by Chef Dean Banks.

Our team has put together a menu that showcases the best of Scottish seafood.

This restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients to create a range of dishes, and as CDP you will be exposed to cooking at the highest level. You must have strong Chef de Partie experience in a restaurant environment, and along with your proven track record, you must have the passion and desire to push yourself further.

We are a restaurant that cooks everything from scratch, delivering the highest possible standard of food to our guests and so we are looking for an individual with a real eye for detail. The Head Chef is very hands-on and involved in all parts of production in the kitchen, offering guidance and support.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Chef de Partie wanting to take a step up and be part of a kitchen doing something amazing!

Candidates stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company are available.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, an equal share of the tips, and an open door to amazing opportunities in the future. Salary base is around £26,000 dependant on experience. Service charge is between £6000-£10000 per annum
