As you would expect of such a high-profile establishment, a passion for exceptional customer care, eye for detail and enthusiasm to work as a key part of a committed team are essential.
To be considered for this Full-time position you should be Edinburgh-based.
An ability to work under pressure and a good level of spoken English is also required.
This full-time position will involve a shift pattern of three days on, three days off with a salary package of around £37000 including gratuities and an attractive monthly bonus incentive scheme.
Your role would include:
- Preparation and service of various menus
- Liaising with the Head Chef on future menus and dishes
- Stock control and ordering of ingredients
- Ensuring our food hygiene standards are exemplary
