Chef (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are looking for motivated chefs to join our team @ Bespoke Inns. We have 4 stunning venues across Derby. The right candidates will be up for a new challenge and ready to join the kitchen team for this exciting venue!

Visa sponsorship is available! (Please note you must have a minimum of 6 months left on your current visa)

Qualities Required:

· A passion for fresh food is required and a proven ability to cook modern, seasonal pub food is essential

· Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills and pass these on to the team.

· The ability to work under pressure with a small team

· A desire to build on the current trade levels whilst maintaining company standards

· Ability to manage stock rotation and ordering as and when required.

· Maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation and work areas.

· Complying with all set out food hygiene regulations.

We are looking for a strong leader with great kitchen skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to motivate, and support a team is essential. A passion for fresh food is required and the ability to bring ideas to the table, to support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management. Some knowledge of Health & Safety is required.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar level position, the ability to work on your own initiative, to maintain company standards and manage a kitchen team well. We would also consider applications from commis chef of high turnover business who are looking to step up in their career.

This role is offered on full-time contract and is available for an immediate start.

The recruitment process includes a two-stage interview and cooking trial.
