We are looking for an exceptional Chief Executive with strong leadership, governance and management credentials, who can ensure effective oversight and control of serious and complex investigations while managing a volume complaints business in a fair and thorough fashion. An authentic and experienced leader, you will need to establish excellent working relations with staff at all levels, both internally and with the diverse range of individuals, organisations and communities we work with. Acute political sensitivity, excellent judgement and the highest levels of integrity are essential. This appointment offers a real opportunity to deliver tangible improvements in police oversight and foster greater confidence in policing in Northern Ireland.
