Southway Housing Trust, a forward-thinking and committed not-for-profit local housing association, is looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer. Your Role:
You will be the driving force behind our vision of thriving communities, characterised by reduced poverty, increased opportunities, higher employment, and overall satisfaction with our neighbourhoods. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality, affordable homes in desirable neighbourhoods, with a wider purpose to maximise our social impact.

Qualifications:
We are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record in a community-focused setting. Whether you are an experienced CEO or looking to step into a CEO position, your ability to lead with empathy, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the challenges in social housing is crucial. We value leaders who can demonstrate experience in delivering community-centric services and have a strong commitment to social purpose.
