A local authority in South West England is hiring for a full-time Looked After Children Social worker to hold cases regarding Looked After children and unaccompanied minors.
Key Duties include:
Duty visits to vulnerable children, prospective foster carers and adopters
Handling Safeguarding enquiries for Looked After children
Handling communication with other persons or professionals involved
