Responsibilities Of The Role:
Prepare accounts from client portfolios within specified budget timescales.
Occasionally supervise junior staff, providing support to Accounts Senior.
Produce draft accounts and maintain a well-presented accounts file (paper/paperless) for review.
Prepare VAT returns and management accounts.
Manage general office-based day-to-day duties.
Undertake ad hoc specialist assignments.
Participate in marketing and business development opportunities.
Essential Skills:
Fully qualified ACA or ACCA with experience in an established UK accountancy firm.
Wide experience in full accounts production from basic prime books to computerized accounting packages.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Sage and QuickBooks software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Chinese and English communication.
Experience in managing sizable Chinese clients in various sectors.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Pro-Audit, CCH, and Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.
Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
