Claims Administrator Salary: £24k benefit package Location: Brighton (office based) Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 10am - 6pm Do you want to work for a vibrant, forward thinking and expanding insurance organisation that offers great training, career progression and the opportunity to do your CII qualification? If so, I have a great opportunity to join my clients claims department based in the new offices in Brighton. You will already have a background within insurance handling claims, ideally medical, travel and other areas will be considered. Responsibilities: Taking initial claims details over the phone and by email from customers. Uploading the details onto the inhouse CRM system. Provide advice on making new claims and the process involved. Processing new claim notifications. Handle first stage complaints associated with a claim. Liaise with the team to deliver marketing leading service standards. Provide outstanding customer service. Chasing outstanding documents. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: Great communication and organisation skills. Proven background in claims handling. Good IT skills. Great customer service and administration skills. Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
