Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Claims Handler:

• Hours: 37.5
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

As a valuable member of our inhouse vehicles claims team, you will have a significant impact on the administration, resolution, and management of claims from start to finish. This entails effective communication with third parties, insurers and our Depot Managers regarding ongoing claims. Collaborating closely with our Insurance Manager you will be responsible for taking control and administering our ELPL Mailbox, you will ensure that we have gathered all the necessary information and conducted thorough investigation with the utmost attention to detail. Within our Vehicles Claims team, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all claims are settled with professionalism and to the best of your ability.

You will:

A Few Things About Our Claims Handler:

• Strong background in customer service
• The Ability to confidently handle difficult situations effectively
• Have had exposure within and administration role or one of similar stature.
• Be able to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
• Confident communicator both verbally and written
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
