Our client, a leading Insurance Claims Company in Warrington, are currently recruiting for a Motor Claims Handler to join their team.
As Motor Claims Handler, you will report into the Claims Supervisor and your role will involve proactively recording and processing claims from cradle to grave in accordance with principles and procedures, and to maintain files within service standards.
Our client has grown over the last few years and is continuing to do so now with this great opportunity to join their claims team. You will need to have a good understanding of Motor Claims either from an FNOL or cradle to grave perspective.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients
- To deal with allocated claims as speedily and efficiently as possible from outset
- Liaising with insurers, repairers and third parties
- Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents
- To identify and champion potential fraudulent claims and action as per guidelines
Requirements:
- Background and experience in working within a Motor Claims handling capacity, either in FNOL or cradle to grave
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner
- Ability to negotiate and influence in a professional manner
- Be a self-motivated individual with good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work
