- Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Claims Handler:
- Working actively and effectively in order to process accident claims as part of the company's claims management procedures
- Working within and providing support to all areas within the Operations Department
- Achieving and maintaining company service standards
- Achieving and maintaining individual, team and departmental targets
- Completing regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their claim
- Working within and achieving service-level agreements for individual Departments and Business Referrers
Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Handler:
- Must have experience working in a claims environment
- Good spoken and written skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
