Salary - £27-30k + company benefits (Hybrid working pattern Monday to Friday 8-5PM)
Who are we looking for?
- You will be required to personally handle all aspects of the Customer's Claims process, liaising with Consumer, internal teams, and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Communication (Email, Telephone, business workflow systems)
- Ensure all claims logs are updated accurately and on time to support the business process
- Plan, organise and prioritise your workloads to meet agreed business service levels
- Assess the customers set of circumstances to each case assigned and be as fair as possible.
- Liaise with the customers, keeping them informed of the ongoing progress of their case
Required:
- Experience in Financial Service claims handling
- We are looking for strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive customer service experience within a contact centre
- Analytical skills, attention to detail capabilities, the ability to maintain accurate records on business CRM
- Working knowledge of UK FCA policies, regulations, and industry FS standards
