We are a friendly, professional and dedicated team working with motivated, respectful and enthusiastic children. We are seeking to appoint an ECT or RQT who has the potential to become an outstanding teacher. They will be looking to make or build on to a positive start to their career by joining the staff of our Rights Respecting School. This post would ideally suit a teacher looking for their first post or one looking for a new challenge after two or three years of teaching.

- Someone with recent experience in EYFS or KS1
- Someone with the potential to be an outstanding and enthusiastic practitioner
- Someone highly motivated, who has passion for the individual learning of every child
- Someone reflective in their practice and who wants to continue to develop their professional knowledge
- Someone aware of current educational issues
- Someone who is committed to being fully involved in the life of the school
- Someone who understands the importance of having a Rights Respecting ethos at the heart of their classroom
