Job Overview: Hours are Term Time Monday - Friday 15.30 - 17.30.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in a school setting (DBS Certificate will be required). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean and organized environment.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies

- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness

- Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Basic English language skills required

- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

- RTWC required

- DBS Required

- 5yr Career Check needed for DBS Certificate Check
