Incredibly successful UK Law Firm is looking to hire a Client Administrator on an initial 2-month basis (potential to be extended) to join their busy team in London.

- Hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely
- Salary £30,000 (hourly equivalent)
Ideally seeking Administrative candidates from a law firm background that have strong experience in either billing or compliance (both would be ideal).
The Client Administrator will assist with matters across multiple legal departments.
Key Client Administrator Responsibilities:
- Running conflict checks
- Liaising with the Compliance and Fee Earning teams
- Producing first draft engagement letters
- Processing bills / billing
- Printing WIP reports and billing guides for the team
- Liaising with the Billing team
- Liaising with relevant departments regarding billing
