A wealth management consulting company is looking for a Client Service Administrator to support the Managing Partner extensively. This role involves sustaining client relationships, overseeing account management, and upholding compliance with the requirements of the financial sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in account openings, collaborate with Partners to understand client needs, facilitate and coordinate with internal teams and external entities, and maintain direct communication with clients or their representatives throughout the process.
- Oversee the continuous management of existing client accounts, including conducting periodic AML reviews, updating agreements, managing sub-accounts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with external parties regarding custodian issues and establishing derivative and FX accounts.
- Collecting KYC materials, reviewing existing databases, and researching media sources in relevant languages and compiling and preparing KYC documentation.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients, engaging with them as needed.
- Manage and update client information in both internal and external systems.
- Address client inquiries, including those related to reports, cash transactions, and custody arrangements.
- Work with third-party consultants and audit firms to meet client needs and provide them with necessary information.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered to clients.
- Provide prompt and efficient assistance to Partners.
- Contribute support to the Administration Team, including covering for other members as needed.
- Participate in client meetings when necessary.
KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- University degree or equivalent educational background in a relevant field.
- The right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Fluency in Russian and English (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent).
- Experience in a financial institution, preferably in private banking (background in Client Onboarding or Compliance roles is an advantage).
- Expertise in assessing the source of wealth/funds/KYC for high-net-worth individuals is essential (familiarity with FATCA/AEI and Sanctions requirements is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail, a problem-solving approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
- A focus on prioritising tasks, streamlining processes, and the foresight to identify and address potential issues and delays promptly.
