Job Title: Client Relations Manager
Location: Home Office, Bridgend
Salary: 24,000 to 26,000 per annum, Commission package available with expected OTE of 30,000
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible Hours)

Job Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersDevelop a trusted relationship with key accountsComplete Regular account reviewsUpsell and cross sell products and services into existing customersDeal with sales orders for existing clientsComplete regular analysis of our customers product penetration and look at ways to increase the footfall across our baseResign customer contractsIncrease profitability across the customer baseEnsure customer retention - meeting minimum renewal objectivesResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisResponsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing Client RelationshipsLiaise between the customer and internal teamsDeal with any inbound customer account queriesHelp customers with reviewing their latest technology requirementsJob Experience Required:
