A permanent opportunity has a risen for a Client Services Analyst (French Speaking) to join our client, a leading Asset Manager based in London.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this position is to work with the Client Service Team (part of the wider EMEA Client Team) providing client service to our clients and supporting our relationship management team to help us grow and retain assets. Support the onboarding of EMEA FM and OCIO clients and escalate and manage situations to ensure an efficient process.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Support and assist in the project management for the onboarding of FM/OCIO clients as required, providing a central point of contact for the client and the business. Ensure clear communication with relevant parties and all documentation is received for account set up (including AML).
- Support the regional offices with the onboarding of EMEA clients and distribution relationships.
- Ensure an awareness of prospects, new clients and investors.
- Work with the EMEA Sales and Relationship Teams where required to ensure that the Client Service Team can service their ongoing requirements in a structured and scalable manner.
- Respond to internal and external queries via the group inbox providing both operational support, information, and data.
- Support the daily implementation of the processes surrounding FM/OCIO clients, including the processing of cashflow and investment instructions.
- Support the creation and delivery of periodic reports and audit requests for existing clients, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
Skills & experience:
- Candidates who are studying or intending to study for IMC or CFA (or other finance related professional qualifications) will be preferred.
- Relevant BSC/BA or equivalent experience
- Experience of working with institutional clients including pension schemes.
- Knowledge/Involvement in Custody Arrangements (including French custodial knowledge)
- Experience of data analytics and manipulation
