We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Climate Change - Programme Delivery Manager.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate and support the Head of Implementation and Delivery in driving the agenda for Climate and Nature scenario analysis and building capabilities in the bank;
• Support the implementation of environmental scenario analysis (Climate and Nature) including planning for enhancements in capabilities in methodologies and data, plan for embedding climate scenario analysis in risk and business;
• Planning for the delivery of climate regulatory stress testing across the group;
• Support data and data sourcing for Scenario analysis for Finance in collaboration with Risk and DAO;
• Ensure capabilities will be in place for regulatory stress test and scenario analysis across regions and for Group.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrable Climate Change risk understanding;
• Enthusiastic about Climate Change and someone who is keen to drive their continuing professional development aligned to how climate and nature risk impact the bank and our clients;
• Sound understanding of the Group’s strategy on Climate Change;
• Experience in managing complex projects from inception;
• Experience in leading, managing and motivating a team;
• Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (at all levels of seniority).

The base location for this role is London and with a hybrid working pattern.
