Applications are invited for a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) to join the Cancer Prevention Trials Unit, which is shortly to transfer to the Wolfson Institute of Population Health. The Cancer Research UK and King’s College London Cancer Prevention Trials Unit (CPTU) specialises in research to advance cancer prevention, early diagnosis and screening. We are recruiting a Clinical Trial Administrator to join our team working on an exciting large-scale national project, BEST4, funded by Cancer Research UK and the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The overall aim of the BEST4 Trial is to investigate the effectiveness of the Capsule Sponge test in reducing the number of deaths caused by cancer of the oesophagus. The Trial comprises of two studies: BEST4 Screening Study and the BEST4 Surveillance Study. You will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support in the coordination and execution of these studies, which are due to commence in 2024. About you As a valued member of our team working on the groundbreaking BEST4 project at the Cancer Prevention Trials Unit at Queen Mary University, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Trials Administrator who shares our passion for advancing cancer prevention research and can provide essential administrative support. You will be a detail-oriented professional looking to provide hands-on administrative support to the management of Clinical Trials. Previous exposure to Clinical Trials will be a significant asset.
