Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager
Location: Eindhoven or Utrecht based
Salary: €3,000 – €3,600 gross per month

Are you a Cluster Sales Manager with previous experience in hotel corporate sales and are you based in Utrecht or Eindhoven?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager with a proven track record in corporate sales within the hotel industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and effectively managing 2 hotels in the centre and south of the Netherlands.
Dutch is required.

In summary

• Identify and assess potential leads to establish new business prospects
• Assist the responsive sales team in converting inquiries.
• Conduct business review meetings to enhance market share within the existing client portfolio
• Manage the handling and negotiation for new and existing corporate accounts
• Participate in networking events to expand the local network in the assigned areas
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.

You will need to have

• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must

• Previous experience in the hotel industry in a similar position
• Minimum of 2 years commercial background in hospitality
• Experience with corporate sales and account management
• Sales executives or Sales Managers are welcome to apply
