Working on behalf of a fantastic organisation we are recruiting for an experienced Colleague Relations Advisor; this role is based on the outskirts of Portsmouth with easy access routes including public transport links. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coach and influence line managers to ensure the right outcome is achieved in each ER case.
• Aid in the management of ET claims, collating and preparing documents.
• Assist in the management of employee consultation, redeployment or termination of employment through TUPE and redundancy exercises. 
• Support management in meetings with advice, notetaking and follow up correspondence.
• Participate in the provision of formal training to Operational colleagues to improve capability.
• Support the delivery of the wider HR strategy.

KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• CIPD qualification (or studying) advantageous. 
• Confident communicator
• Coaching & influencing skills.
• Problem solving
• Planning & prioritising
• Team working
