An opportunity to join a wholesale distribution business as a Senior Commercial Analyst, partnering with internal teams to provide actionable insights which will improve the profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with the Purchasing, Sales, Operations, and Management teams
- Modelling the potential impact of changes to pricing strategies / structures
- Be the go-to for pricing queries
- Management of partner brand price increases
- Customer profitability modelling and analysis
- Development of pricing and commercial KPIs and associated reporting
- Provide in depth, actionable analysis of the account base to drive revenue and profit
Key skills and attributes
- Demonstrated experience in a pricing or Commercial Analyst role, degree qualification desirable
- Strategic, analytical and commercial mindset
- Team player
- A continuous improvement approach
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience using PowerBI or equivalent
- SQL knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
