Description
- Analyse and interpret financial data for business performance
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Work closely with non-financial departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist with year-end processes
- Assist in the development of new business strategies
- Participate in projects to enhance financial systems and procedures
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Profile
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACA,CCA or CIMA)
- Manufacturing sector background
- ERP systems experience
- Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- A proactive approach to problem solving
