This is a hybrid role with between 1-3 days per week required onsite. The rest of the work can be done from home.
My client manages vital services and complex assets for clients across defence, emergency services and nuclear. They are looking for an SC Cleared Quantity Surveyor to drive excellence across contracts and projects and ensure contracts are in line with requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Establish client requirements
- Provide guidance on cost planning and modelling
- Prepare tenders and contract documents
- Perform risk and value management
- Undertake cost analysis for repair/maintenance work
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules
- Assign work to subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards
Skills & experience
- Experience quantity surveying at a senior level
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Experience negotiating and preparing tenders/contract documents
