I am working with a large construction company in the recruiting of a Commercial Secretary to join their team on a part time basis.

Duties:

General secretarial duties, including typing, photocopying etc. Diary management for the Commercial Director Maintenance of records e.g. Contractor Matrix, Contractor Work Schedule, archiving, department training records Compiling and issuing reports/packs e.g. Financial Checks Tracker, P&L Pack, SIT Budget Pack Registration and maintaining process of new Framework Agreements with ContractorsMaintenance of Contractors Health & Safety competency registrations and renewals via Jaggaer system Sorting and distributing the Department's post Arranging internal / external meetings and Corporate events Issuing Plot Requirements on Options Portal and Raising Purchase Orders on Coins for the Sales Purchaser Extras System - holiday cover / peak support only Liaise with accounts department on set up for new subcontractors and suppliers via Jaggaer Process ad hoc orders on COINS Raising Subcontractor Payments for Closed Sites Ordering of site welfare/consumables for active sites including boot orders requested from Production Ordering of supplies for office-based staff e.g. PPE, stationery, letter-head paper etc. Updating office telephone list and sign-in register Hospitality / housekeeping (arrange refreshments etc.)

It is required that the candidate will have competent PC skills, including all Microsoft applications, and communication skills both written and verbally.

There is potential for this role to be extended.
