About the Role
Commis Chef at The Saltaire Bar, Leeds Bradford Airport
Pay Rate: £11.65 + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £13.15 per hour. We offer additional service chargeShift pattern: scheduled between 02.00am

AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INVOLVE:
- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats and vegetables.
- Assisting fellow chefs.
- Assisting in stock rotation.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Effective time management for preparation and food service.
- Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
- Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
