SalaryWe have a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader to join the team at our beautiful Wandsworth Common Care Home as General Manager. We are incredibly proud of our home and the care it offers its residents and we now looking for an experienced manager who really wants to make their mark by taking this home to the next level and beyond.
Drawing on your expertise from within the industry, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the home runs as efficiently as possible whilst developing a culture from within where you inspire your team to follow your lead in delivering the best quality service to the residents.
You’ll be creative and innovative in developing the home further, making it the number one choice for prospective new residents. Using your acute business acumen, you will look for opportunities to market the home effectively to your target audience, ensuring business objectives are consistently met.
You will continuously develop your team, recruiting new employees who share your vision and embedding an open culture to empower them in their roles whilst always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
