Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic industries today? We're seeking a talented Data Centre CX Manager to join our team in Frankfurt on a 1-year contract with a 3/1 rotation schedule.

About the Role:

As a Data Centre CX Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's data centre facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are functioning at peak performance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contractors during high-level commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Utilise your rounded MEP background to troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or mechanical issues that may arise.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to operational phases.

Act as a liaison between the client and our organisation, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

Solid background in Data Centre MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is preferred, but we're open to considering strong specialists in electrical or mechanical disciplines.

Proven experience managing contractors in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the data centre or similar industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Flexibility to work on a 3/1 rotation schedule, alternating between onsite and offsite duties.
