Communications Officer

Venn Group are currently recruiting for an interim Communications Officer in Bedfordshire. This will be offered on a full-time basis for approximately 6 months.

The position's purpose is to ensure the communications and engagement department is recognised and promoted as a professional, inclusive, and valued emergency service, with all stakeholders and that essential messages are communicated internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote employees, career opportunities, campaigns, successes and key messages across a variety of digital platforms
• Work independently to strategically develop and deliver the Service's social media strategy in a creative way
• Assist and manage the production of creative content
• Produce well written and accurate communication suitable for different audiences (internal and external)

To be considered for this pivotal role, you will have in-depth experience in creating and implementing digital campaigns and creative and engaging content for all social media channels
