We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Open and sort all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and attend meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Takes notes and keeps records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
- Utilise computerised systems and software to complete administrative tasks
This is not an exhaustive list if duties and you may be required to perform other administrative tasks to ensure the day-to-day running of the business and meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
Experience:
- At least 2 years administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to speak, read and write English to a high standard
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is an office based role from Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
