About the role
We're looking for Complaint and Root Cause Manager to join our Customer Experience team.
As a Complaint and Root Cause Manager you will be managing a team of Managers & Specialists to effectively perform and provide support to the Customer Division. You will be responsible for delivering timely and good outcomes to customers and ensure compliance with DISP, regulations and Enterprise Risk Frameworks.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Financial Services experience essential
- Previous management experience essential
- Experience of leading complaints function and working within regulated frameworks essential.
- Strong analytical skills essential.
- Experience of producing MI, insights and committee level reports essential.
