What you’ll be doing

In working towards obtaining your Compliance and Risk Officer Level 3 Apprenticeship, you will:

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance team in preparing for Committee and Forum meetings, by collating data, preparing presentation packs and taking minutes.
  • Review regulatory publications and work with Compliance Managers to summarise and distribute across the business, to help Paragon be on the forefront of regulatory and industry developments.
  • Keep the team on track and focused on work priorities and deadlines, such as submission dates for internal governance meetings, regulatory survey returns deadlines and changes in the regulatory landscape.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance team such as diary / calendar management of the central Mailbox and responding to business requests to the Mailbox
