Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a construction contractor located in Ware, Hertfordshire who are looking for a Construction Administrator/Project Co-Ordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- General administration duties.
- Produce RAMS and other site paperwork.
- Order plant and materials.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction administration role
- Desire to learn a new role and progress permanently within a business
- Driving licence/own transport due to remote location of office
- Office based - Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm
