Construction Administrator

Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a construction contractor located in Ware, Hertfordshire who are looking for a Construction Administrator/Project Co-Ordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• General administration duties.
• Produce RAMS and other site paperwork.
• Order plant and materials.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a construction administration role
• Desire to learn a new role and progress permanently within a business
• Driving licence/own transport due to remote location of office
• Office based - Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm
