Adecco Chelmsford are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor for our long-established client based in Ongar. The ideal candidate will come from an automotive background and have had exposure working with customers, technicians, and engineers on a daily basis. Responsibilities -
- Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the construction office and its overall profitability.
- You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of machinery/equipment.
- You will be responsible for raising job cards and invoices.
- Along with being the main point of contact for customers, you will also be responsible for working with the warranty team to log claims and assist with queries.
- Suitable candidates must have the ability to deal diplomatically with customer & colleagues in a polite and professional manager.
Requirements
- Good keyboard and PC skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business.
- Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.
- Be confident and show initiative.
- Strong attention to detail
