Based at our offices in Dereham, offering a professional and friendly workplace, we currently have an exciting opportunity within our online Car Rental Contact Centre for Customer Support Advisors to join our existing team. You will be looking after our customers before and during their rental period, assisting with a wide variety of enquiries relating to their hire and advising on insurance options. Previous experience of working in a Contact Centre is desirable
Role responsibilities
· Taking inbound calls, replying to email, and responding to live chat concerning all aspects of the car hire process
· Placing new bookings, dealing with amendments and cancellations
· Providing advise on ancillary products such as additional insurance and cancellation protection.
· Building a strong rapport with customers
· Providing first class support to customers before, during and after the car rental period
· Demonstrating to customers the added value and benefits of booking car hire with Zest
· Resolving any customer issues during and after the car rental period
· Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations at every point of contact
