We are currently recruiting for a Contract Quality Engineer (12-month contract) for an Advanced Engineering business supplying into the Rail / Locomotive industries, based in the Dagenham area. This is to cover a 12-month contract and take full control of all QA activities onsite.
What does it involve?
The company is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes to take ownership of Documentation Control, Scrap Analysis/Customer Rejects and PFMEA. The business supply into a major player in the Rail industry, so dealing with customers and suppliers is essential.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experienced Quality Engineer.
- Working to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems.
- Worked to RISs standards (desirable).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Documentation Control, Scrap Analysis/Customer Rejects and PFMEA is essential for this role.
