Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience handling a conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Proficiency in Law and Conveyancing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a personal case load
• Impeccable attention to detail complemented by organisational skills
