The Role
You will work on a varied caseload of plot sales and part-exchange properties, where your duties will include:
- Draft plot transfers and contractual packages
- Prepare sites for sales
- Review title and acquisition documents
- Address inquiries from various stakeholders
- Assisting with ancillary site set-up matters
- Oversee infrastructure agreements
About You
Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer with a background in plot sales. You will also be assisting with the supervision and management of other fee earners, so prior supervision experience would be advantageous.
